About the event
Walworth County Public Health is hosting a free screening of "Inheritance", an award-winning documentary. Filmed over 11 years, the film follows Curtis, a young boy, as he grows up in a family and community surrounded by substance use disorder and poverty. Can Curtis break the cycle of addiction that has plagued his family for generations? Following the screening, we invite you to stay for a discussion where we will share thoughts, reflections, and ideas on how we can support those affected by similar issues in Walworth County. It’s an evening of connection, awareness, and conversation – all are welcome. Tickets and registration are not required.
